HSCS - PTSO Fundraising
Health Sciences Charter School is an academically challenging, supportive, culturally diverse 21st Century learning environment that features state-of-the-art technology, emphasis on math and science, and laboratory-based research. HSCS encourages every opportunity to explore personal interests and achievement, and includes sports, the arts, and extra-curricular activities.
The HSCS Parent Teacher Student Organization raises funds to support the schools mission and to help underwrite some it its many initiatives. They have teamed with Buffalo Books & More, a local, indie-commerce online bookstore to aid in their fundraising activies through the sale of books and e-books.
The following are books recommended by the HSCS teachers for their students enrichment and reading enjoyment. HSCS PTSO earns a portion of each sale.
